Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer express shipping options which you can choose at the time of checkout. Most of our products are able to be sent USPS priority and arrive to you within 3 business days after the shipment has left our facility.
Local Delivery
We do not offer a full time local delivery service. However, there is the rare case that you got busy and were not able to place your order in time. We do not want your animal to suffer! Reach out to us if this is the case and we will see if there is any accommodations we can help with.
In Store Pickup
We currently do not offer any In Store pickup.
International Shipping
We are willing to ship anywhere in the world. If you like a quote for anywhere outside of the us, please email us your order request and a complete ship too address and we would be glad to get you a quote.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@empirediet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Most carriers outside of USPS will NOT deliver to a PO BOX. If you need an order shipped to a PO BOX please choose USPS at checkout.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@empiredier.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
